Exclusive Networks forges UC unit from two subsidiaries
Two of Exclusive Networks' businesses in Australia, Transition Systems and Exclusive Networks Pacific, have combined to become one organisation.
The business operations of Transition Systems will continue as a distinct Unified Communications Business Unit under the Exclusive Networks banner.
"This is a positive move for both organisations as it enables consolidation and improvement of core functionality while still maintaining the laser-like focus on specific market segments," says Transition Systems managing director Michael Beesley.
"It also presents a great opportunity for the respective vendors to expand their exposure within the region. We see no difference in how the business will be run or conducted as the whole team at Transition will continue to do exactly what they are doing today.
"We also see improved customer service from the adoption of a more efficient ERP system as well; so, it's a great win for all concerned.
According to the Exclusive Networks UC website, the unit is a value-added distributor of unified collaboration and conferencing solutions, providing a platform for partners.
It has the accredited expertise and scalability to deliver all forms of professional services, maintenance and support on behalf of resellers.
The company's team provides technical expertise with vendor qualified technical experts and sales professionals providing our partners support.
"That the addition of the specialised UC Business creates great opportunity overall with the shared expertise of both teams adding even more value for our collective customers right across the region," Exclusive Networks Pacific managing director Jonathan Odria adds.
"We consider this initiative a symbiosis rather than a merger. We are all focused on the collective goal of building a global specialist distributor with an individual approach to local markets.
Exclusive Networks is a distributor of cybersecurity and cloud solutions – the defining and interdependent technologies of the digital era.
Its capabilities are backed by top vendor portfolios and services from pre and post-sales technical support to leasing, training, professional services and global project management.
