Australian cybersecurity solutions provider Enosys Solutions has added security awareness training provider MediaPro to its services portfolio.
MediaPro launched into the Australian market earlier this year, via Cloud Distribution.
George Soumilas, Enosys Solutions director of managed services, says the deal was prompted by the overwhelming number of customers who say they don’t have a current security awareness program in place.
“We believe that a solid security awareness program should be part of all Australian organisations’ end user defence against the growing threat of cyber-attacks,” Soumilas says.
Enosys says the deal will enable it to offer the market continuous and reinforced employee education.
Soumilas says after evaluating a number of different programs, Enosys selected MediaPro as it was ‘the most comprehensive and flexible solutions available that enables organisations of all sizes to easily manage their security awareness training and employee assessments’.
The vendor made the leader quadrant in Gartner’s 2017 Magic Quadrant for Security Awareness Computer-based Training for the fourth year in a row.
Steve Williams, MediaPro head of alliances, says the deal is a ‘great win’ for both companies as it makes a stronger play in the Australian market.
“We launched down under with Cloud Distribution earlier this year and, so far, they have introduced us to some very key partners in the region,” Williams says.
“Enosys is a perfect partner for us as we complement their current offerings, which means they can go back to a customer for repeat business and add additional value.”
