ECM vendor looks to expand in APAC, signs up Aussie reseller
Hyland, enterprise content management (ECM) technology provider and creator of OnBase, has established a reseller partnership with Fusion Information Management in order to expand its presence in Australia.
Fusion Information Management will provide a range of OnBase ECM solutions, implementation and enablement services, including cloud, mobile, data capture and case management technologies.
These solutions aim to solve complex problems in the records and information management arena, according to the company.
"Hyland is very committed to our valued channel across the entire Asia-Pacific region. The addition of Fusion Information Management as a strategic partner will provide a boost to meeting market demand for OnBase among Australian public and private sector organisations," says Bob Dunn, Hyland Australia country manager.
"Their deep level of expertise further strengthens our existing Australian presence, especially in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as our commitment to growing these critical markets," he says.
Fusion Information Management launched in Australia in 2015 and provides organisations with the software and services to navigate the change from physical records management, to fully integrated electronic information management.
"Businesses today are faced with an ever increasing volume of information to manage with existing systems and processes that aren't always able to cope. Along with a need to effectively manage and secure this information, it's possible to gain competitive advantage by more efficiently getting this information into the right hands at the right time to enable the right decisions" says Ben Cohen, Fusion Information Management CEO.
"This is where we see the biggest opportunity for OnBase to help our clients' reduce cost, increase the efficiency of their people and mitigate unnecessary risks.
