Digital Balance partners with Insider for advanced personalisation

Digital Balance has entered into a partnership with Insider, a personalisation platform. The collaboration aims to enhance customer engagement through advanced personalisation technology. This partnership comes at a time when industry research, such as a recent study by McKinsey, suggests that personalisation will be key to marketing success within the next five years. Australian businesses have already started to recognise the need to meet growing consumer expectations for personalised brand communications.

Insider’s platform offers various advanced features, including AI-powered personalisation, predictive analytics, marketing automation, and experimentation capabilities. Global brands like Adidas, Lexus, and Coca-Cola currently use Insider’s services. Within Australia, clients include Dan Murphys, Myer, and Big W, showcasing the platform's wide acceptance and application across various sectors.

Digital Balance will leverage Insider’s technology to enhance its own suite of client offerings. The company plans to implement the technology to automate and personalise customer journeys, allowing for tailored messaging and engagement across multiple communication channels.
