Dicker Data has been placed in a trading halt session state at the request of the company, pending an announcement by the company around capital raising.
Unless the ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in a trading halt until the start of trading on Tuseday 04 August ‘or when the announcement is released to the market’ according to an announcement from the ASX.
Dicker Data requested the halt earlier today pending ‘an announcement regarding a capital raising’.
The distributor had a bumper year last year, ending 2014 just shy of the $1 billion mark in revenue and has said it expects substantial growth in sales and profitability this year.
Earlier this week it delivered on one of its key initiatives for 2015, launching its CloudPortal offering at its first ever national roadshow.
The company has also been making moves into the components market, inking a deal to distribute Intel products, including NUC, 2-in-1s and compute sticks, earlier this month.
