Deel acquires Assemble to bolster compensation strategy

Deel has announced its acquisition of Assemble, a company specialising in compensation management and insights, to enhance its global workforce management platform.

The acquisition aims to address the complexities involved in global compensation management, an essential aspect of talent attraction and retention strategies. Assemble's platform provides tools for creating structured compensation plans, managing pay transparency, and generating data-driven insights related to talent retention.

Assemble's platform supports easy integration with HRIS solutions, Applicant Tracking Systems, and tools like Carta, providing aggregated insights from market data. Including tailored dashboards for various stakeholders ensures comprehensive visibility into compensation, promoting transparency and satisfaction within organisations.

By integrating Assemble's tools with Deel's existing portfolio, which includes talent management, payroll, and HRIS products, the company seeks to streamline workforce management processes. Assemble's use of anonymised market data, when combined with Deel's extensive dataset, will provide companies with enhanced insights into global pay trends.

The acquisition of Assemble is poised to expand Deel's capabilities further by consolidating payroll, compensation, performance, and HR tools into one unified platform.
