Claroty has announced the appointment of Tim Mackie as Vice President of Worldwide Channels and Alliances. Mackie brings over 25 years of experience in strategic IT channel management, having previously been affiliated with cybersecurity firms such as Armis, SentinelOne, and Cylance.
In his new role, Mackie is expected to lead Claroty's FOCUS Partner Program, which includes Technology Alliance partnerships and Channel Partners. His responsibilities will involve enhancing the company's global channel ecosystem, driving strategic alliances, and expanding market penetration.
"Tim's extensive expertise in cybersecurity and CPS and his exceptional ability to architect and execute robust go-to-market strategies across international markets makes him an invaluable addition to the Claroty team," stated Derek Phillips, Chief Revenue Officer at Claroty. "I'm very excited to bring Tim's deep knowledge of converged technologies, leading global teams, executing comprehensive channel strategies, and creating structure that drives significant revenue growth to Claroty to bring even greater value to both our partners and customers."
Mackie, who was most recently the Channel Chief at Armis, has an extensive background in major account development and strategic IT channel management. At SentinelOne, he served as Vice President Worldwide Channels, where he built the channel go-to-market strategy that helped fuel what has been described as the largest tech IPO in history. He also held the position of Vice President of International Channels and Worldwide Distribution at Cylance and played pivotal roles at Riverbed Technologies in developing and launching global go-to-market strategies and driving notable revenue growth.
"Claroty is at the forefront of safeguarding the world's most mission-critical infrastructures, made clear by their rapid growth and leading market position in the CPS industry," Mackie commented. He expressed his enthusiasm to contribute to Claroty's go-to-market strategy and to help extend their technology's global reach through channel and alliance programs.
