CenturyLink takes home Ciena's Managed Services Partner of the Year

CenturyLink has been named the 2016 BizConnect Carrier Managed Services Partner of the Year by Ciena.

The company was chosen because of its significant growth and innovation in managed services across several verticals, including healthcare, financial services, and federal, state and local government.

CenturyLink deploys Ciena equipment to deliver wave and Ethernet services to enterprise customers. 

"CenturyLink is honored to be recognized by Ciena for delivering low latency, highly available, reliable network services to many of the largest enterprise customers in the world," says Bill Corbin, senior vice president, strategic partnerships and channel operations, CenturyLink.

Ciena also recognized CenturyLink for having more than 75 employees receive carrier Ethernet and optical industry certifications through Ciena's BizConnect partner program.
