Brennan IT is celebrating double glory after MSPmentor listed the cloud and managed services provider as Australia’s top MSP and Sophos named the company Partner of the Year.
The MSPmentor ranking, which is assessed in terms of strength, vitality, growth and efficiency, marks the seventh consecutive year Brennan IT has claimed top spot for Australia. This year sees Brennan also making it into the top 25 countries globally. Companies in the ranking are required to provide their 2015 financial results and have them verified by a certified financial professional as part of the ranking.
The Sophos award, presented during Sophos’ Asia Pacific and Japan partner conference last month, saw Brennan IT recognised for its leading performance and prominent growth. Brennan IT also took out the Partner of the Year award for the security vendor last year.
Stephen Sims, Brennan IT chief executive, says the awards highlight the company’s ‘passion for making clients’ lives easier’.
“Our focus on customer satisfaction has really driven this result and taking that top spot for seven years straight, well, to say we’re thrilled would be an understatement,” Sims says.
“I’m incredibly proud of the Brennan IT team. If it weren’t for their dedication in exceeding customer expectations, we would never have such global recognition.”
Sims says Brennan IT’s investment in its people – whom he dubs ‘outcome-focused passionate experts’ – is key in setting the company apart and ensuring it holds on to the MSP ranking.
He says the company’s long history providing managed cloud and data networking solutions for the Australian mid-market, with security as a core differentiator, has helped the company stay relevant in the fast paced industry.
Aldrin Brown, MSPmentor editor in chief, says the companies showcased on the 2016 MSP 501 list represent ‘the most agile, flexible and innovative’ organisations in the industry.
Of the Sophos win, Sims says Brennan IT has enjoyed another year of success with Sophos products.
