Boomi named Leader in Magic Quadrant for ninth consecutive year

Thu, 2nd Feb 2023
FYI, this story is more than a year old

In Gartner's latest Magic Quadrant for Integration Platform as a Service, Boomi, the global software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, has been positioned for the ninth consecutive year as a Leader.

Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) evaluated 16 different vendors on their ability to execute and completeness of vision. The vendors are then positioned in one of four categories, Leaders, Visionaries, Challengers and Niche Players.

This success comes as Boomi has made a number of significant updates to its platform and business.

This includes the completion of the Australian Government's IRAP Assessment, new rapid API creation features, and, importantly, the appointment of Steve Lucas to the role of CEO.

Lucas joined the role with more than 27 years of experience leading and operating some of the world's most innovative global enterprise software companies.

"Boomi continues to have more customers than any other cloud integration provider," says Steve Lucas, CEO, Boomi.

"Our self-managing, self-learning, and self-scaling integrations run themselves autonomously – saving more time and money over the long term. We help organisations of all sizes and industries worldwide achieve better collaboration and data-sharing as their technology environments become more fragmented and complex."

"That's why our mission of digital connectedness is more important than ever for business success."

As enterprise demand for digital connectedness, integration, and intelligent automation solutions continues to grow, Boomi continues to scale rapidly around the globe.

In response to the growing demand across the Asia Pacific region, Boomi has continued to scale in size by expanding its global footprint into Japan.

Boomi touts a growing community and one of the largest arrays of global systems integrators (GSIs) in the iPaaS space.

The company boasts a worldwide network of approximately 800 partners, including Accenture, Deloitte, SAP, and Snowflake. They also work with some of the largest hyperscaler cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services, Google and Microsoft.

This news comes after Nucleus Research named Boomi as one of 12 companies to watch in 2023.

In particular, Nucleus Research recognised the company for its Boomi AtomSphere Platform, identifying it as one of the most comprehensive integration platforms on the market.

Boomi has also recently been recognised as one of America's fastest-growing and most innovative technology companies on the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and Inc. 5000 lists.

Boomi holds one of the largest customer bases among integration platform vendors and has won numerous awards, including two International Stevie Awards for Company of the Year and Product Innovation, and the Gold Globee Award in the platform as a Service (PaaS) category.
