Access4 appoints Greg Round as Head of Strategic Partnerships

Access4 has announced the appointment of Greg Round to the newly created role of Head of Strategic Partnerships. Based in Melbourne, Round will lead Access4's new bids and tenders team, supporting partners in identifying and securing private and public contracts within the enterprise and government sectors. The detailed structure of this new team will be unveiled at Access4's annual partner conference in Queenstown later this month.

Greg Round brings over 25 years of experience in new business development and channel partner management within the IT industry. Prior to joining Access4, he served as Regional Manager - Channels & Alliances at Oracle, overseeing the company's Australian and New Zealand channels and industry alliances within its Enterprise Communications Division. His professional background also includes more than a decade at Symbio, where he held several roles such as General Manager for Commercial and Strategy, General Manager Enterprise and Government, and Manager of Partner Solutions.

During his tenure at Symbio, Round was responsible for strategic planning, sales, account management, and channel partner activities. He led a solution-driven sales team that combined product development with commercial sales, focusing on customer requirements through consultation and tender processes to develop innovative solutions and channel strategies. Round's early career involved roles at Alloy Computer Products in OEM and IT channel distribution.
