8x8 has just unveiled the next generation of its international channel program, Channel 2.0. Its new program is designed to allow 8x8 partners to accelerate growth by taking full advantage of the industry shift.
The global Enterprise Communications as a Service (ECaaS) provider has also announced new partners and customers, the PartnerConnect portal, enhanced sales and technical training and new partner certifications.
For 8x8, the channel is critical to the company’s growth and strategy and today, the company is announcing several new partnerships.
New partners include Telarus, LANtelligence and PERRY proTECH in North America, and Great Outcomes in New Zealand. The 8x8 global channel team has also doubled over the past year with employees now in North America, Europe and Australia.
Vik Verma, CEO of 8x8, says legacy communications systems are unable to keep pace with the constantly evolving needs of today’s global and mobile workforce.

The new 8x8 Channel 2.0 program includes an 8x8 PartnerConnect Portal, Sales and Technical Training and Certification, Marketing and Demand Generation Support and Sales Enablement Tools.
