NetApp, a leading figure in intelligent data infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Alessandra Yockelson as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Yockelson will be reporting directly to CEO George Kurian and will be responsible for the full spectrum of people and organisational strategy. This includes crucial aspects such as talent development and growth, performance management, team engagement, diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging (DEIB), recruitment, and the oversight of compensation and benefits.
Prior to NetApp, Yockelson held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Pure Storage, where she successfully led organisational change efforts that resulted in significant global performance scaling. The breadth of Yockelson's experience extends over 25 years, making her a veteran leader in Human Resources.

Yockelson holds a doctorate degree from Fundao Getulio Vargas's So Paulo School of Business Administration. In each role, Yockelson has been instrumental in leading global business and cultural transformations that drive profitable growth, thereby ensuring her recognition as a leader in human capital management.
