Epicor names Aussie partner in global partner awards

28 Jun 2018

Epicor recognised Biscit, a local system integrator as a winner of a 2018 Epicor Partner Excellence Award during its annual international partner summit in Prague.

Biscit won the Cloud Deployment award for its work in the aged care market with customer Port Stephens Veterans & Citizens Aged Care.

It worked to implement Epicor ERP SLS multi-tenant cloud to replace ageing legacy technology and reduce a significant risk to the business.

“Biscit has worked with Epicor for almost two decades because of Epicor’s modern, flexible, agile, feature-rich offering that helps our clients achieve their growth goals,” says Biscit managing director Greg Hyslop.

“As a Certified Partner, Biscit is proud to receive this Epicor Partner Excellence Award. We believe this recognises our consultative approach to Epicor implementations, which sees us gain a deep understanding of our clients’ challenges and requirements before building solutions that directly address these needs. We look forward to continuing to build on our strong relationship with Epicor to continue delivering exceptional solutions for our clients.”

After a successful implementation, the customer is now well underway with its growth plans to build and integrate more facilities across Australia.

The global awards program, now in its third year, recognises partners that have successfully deployed Epicor solutions to achieve excellence in business efficiency, customer experience, and overall performance.

In addition, partners who have excelled at growing their Epicor business through innovation and technology are also recognised.

The awards enable Epicor to demonstrate its ongoing commitment to investing in and growing its international channel.

They also showcase partners’ commitment to providing their customers with innovative solutions that help them grow their businesses.

“Winning partners have demonstrated exceptional performance in market growth, customer satisfaction, total sales, and their overall commitment to our flexible, industry-specific solutions,” says Epicor CEO Steve Murphy.

“We are proud to honour their achievements in growing their Epicor customers’ businesses. Their hard work enables customers to compete and grow in today’s global economy, setting them up for success.”
